Guest guest
Sat Nam Siri Sant Kaur, I was thinking about that(because the artciles were mainly towards OCD and Anxiety Disorders in general, depression). The second link in part2 for the paper 'Kundalini Yoga Meditation Techniques for the Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive and OC spectrum Disorders' has much more in it than the paper in the first link of the same name. In fact there is everything there for OCD, you would not need to buy the book, and there is a technique which isnt in the book there! A ''Pratyhar' meditation to create a slient and stable mind towards a state of thoughtlessness. And some other great techniques for the anxiety/depression axis, angle. For CHRONIC FATIGUE and BI-POLAR (sleep disorders, ADHD, meditations for children with problems/damage, even relationships, for the record) the book has the most I have seen. For example David devotes a full chapter to CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME alone, with a proticol of 9 Exercises in the chapter, 7 of which are specifically for CFS. Some of these would be sure to help. Of course this is if you can afford the book. But it is worth having as there is so much for different conditions, some overlapping also which can be very helpful, a technique for depression may help PTSD or make you more stable as a person, etc. and very clear precise. Of course this could be out on the net, as types of standard KY techniques. I have only come from this angle. But the understanding of these conditions is so well attended to in the book, you will feel in good hands. Maybe of course others can help, hope this clarifies and helps, Thank you, Paul The link in part2 for the paper 'Kundalini Yoga Meditation Techniques for the Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive and OC spectrum Disorders' has much more in it than the paper in the first link of the same name. You may find this protocol on the web, later on I will have a look also.
