Guest guest
Sat Nam I'm trying to do this as a mono diet for a week. I'm not quite sure how many meals of Beet & Casserole I should be having a day or if I can have fruit for breakfast? I have the Aquarian manual, Foods for health & Healing & The Ancient Art of self healing, and various other manuals & books. Any additional info would be great. Thanking you in advance, Nam Joti
Guest guest
Nam Joti Usually you would have 3 meals of a mono diet. Since it is mono, fruit would not be wise on the diet but having the beets/carrots for breakfast is best. Usually teas, including yogi tea are also okay. Guest guest
Dear Nam Joti, I'm not sure that the best thing to do is have the beets and carrots 3x's a day. I've been mono-dieting off and on now for a quite a few years now. If you go to my website you'll see I've done a lot of work on creating a green cleanse, the mung beans & rice cleanse with some variety & the gentle Fall food cleanse. The cleanses stay close to the mono-diet, but have some variety. In my opinion, having fruit and even yogurt would be fine in the morning for breakfast. It's enough that you are doing beets & carrots, twice a day, that's plenty. Listen to the wisdom of your body. It's too easy to get burnt out on mono-diets otherwise. Good luck and blessings, Atma -- Atma K. Khalsa 951.696.9063 ext. 105 http://www.yogamurrieta.com/
