Sat Nam,

Looking for Kriyas or Meditations for Self-love, or Self-acceptance.

It could be for eliminating self-judgemental behavior, or to stop being hard on

oneself.

Something to do with positive affirmations would also be nice.

Thanks in advance to the community for any leads in this, or if anything has

worked for other people.

Yours,

Fateh Singh

Sat Nam,

This is a meditation for Patience, Tolerance and Self-Respect. Enjoy.

I would recommend the meditation for self-compassion that can be found in Hari Kaur Khalsa's book, A Women's Book of Meditation. The mantra is Sat Narayan, Wahe Guru/ Hari Narayan, Sat Nam. Beautiful and effective.

Peaceful blessings,

Thanks... Do you know if where the original book source for that meditation is?

I worked on it a bit actually... and here's the Sadhana I came up with for

Self-Love.

1 - Read from Jap Ji (pick a meaningful pauree, read 11x)

2 - Short Kriya to See The Inner Beauty - Kundalini Meditation Manual for Int

Students, pg 35 (YB 2/9/70) 22-31 Mins

3 - Kriya Creating Self-Love - Self Knowledge, p11 (YB 4/4/1994) 17 Mins

4 - Meditation to Conquer Self-Animosity - Teacher Training Manual , p397 3-11

Mins

I think it works quite well. Total time: About 68 Minutes

If anyone is interested in trying it with me, or adding to it, giving

comments... I'm gonna do it for 40 days, starting yesterday/today.
