Guest guest
Thank you, Fateh Singh, for posting this sadhana. I will try it, as I struggle daily with intense self-hatred that is completely destructive to all aspects of my life: body, mind, spirit, relationship, career, finances, family (I have no husband, children, etc for fear my self-hatred will poison them). My question for you and the group is: For years I have been taught that one must release the negative emotion (in this case, self-hatred) before one can bring in the positive. Yet in this sadhana you recommend doing the Releasing-Self-Animosity last. I am curious to hear if the kundalini system of healing takes a different approach. I am not saying one approach is right and another wrong. I love KY practices and would just like to know why set meditations are placed in certain orders. Blessings,
Guest guest
Sat Nam - I am sorry I missed the original posting for the sadhana. I would be very grateful if you could re-post or send to me also. It sounds like a wonderful practice that many may benefit from right now. Guest guest
Dear yogi, The " meat " of the yoga session is always at the end with the meditation ... And the structure of the yoga is, as such, to prepare and strengthen your physical and energetic body to receive the benefits of that deep practice. I wish you much love and balance ... -hannah
Guest guest
Keep in mind in regard to the negative you are releasing and the positive you are " letting in " , that the good, the love, the positive is already there in you and the negative stuff is like a crusty layer you remove.
