Sat Nam, Ji's ~

Being able to hear Sat Kirin's music online is a blessing!

I wish I were in New York to join in Sat Sangat/Kirtan.

"I bountiful, I am blissful, I am beautiful " first heard by

Bibi Bhani Kaur ( a woman of rare grace, bliss and beauty in her own right!)

I want to extend greetings to all in the spirit of love and light and special appreciation for the works of those who so very well teach in the texts - especially Aquarian Times Siri Ram Kaur Khalsa and to Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa for her 2003 publication of Kundalini Postures and Poetry (and complete list of sources and recommended reading- a marvelous handbook sharing photographs and teachings essential in the teaching of this science for ALL! (I was fortunate to find in a USED library book nook!)

This, the fortieth year of 3HO I float a ribbon in the sky(a flow of eternal power) to all my dear Sikh friends of the past, present (here, at the KYD) and future, in this physical plane and further along.

The Grace of God meditation for women is one I learned at the age of 17 - could you review it, please?

Again, many thanks to Shakti Parwha for the beautiful compilation of instruction "peppered" with wisdom, quotations and humor.

(ISBM 0-399-52883-0) Whae Guru!

"The yogi is one who has a union with his supreme consciousness.

If flexibility of the body is the only yoga,

then clowns in the Circus are the best yogis."
