Is this "Ojo" the hotspring resort in NM called Ojo Caliente?

 

The "Dips" I know of are something done at the Harimandir Sahib facing the Darbar (Golden Temple) in India, while chanting "wahe

guru" with each dip.

There we do 108 dips.

Dear Dharam and all,

 

I am actually looking for meditations that Yogi Bhajan taught for use at the Ojo

Caliente Hot Springs in N.M. I want to be able to use one or more at the Chena

Hot Springs in Fairbanks, Alaska during a teacher training in April.

 

How do you do the " dips " you mentioned? Is one standing maybe waist deep and

dipping to the neck? or under water? or...?
