At Women's Camp, we were told the P fruits are good for women. Plums, peaches, pomegranates, persimmon, pineapple, etc. Sweet potatoes are high in progestrone. There is a book: Sprouts for EveryBody that indicates sprouts help. Meditate, meditate, meditate. Eat clean (no dead stuff), live clean (no booze, no smokes), exercise. Keep the kitty litter pristine. Raise the child/children into the Light with love and guidance towards good habits (meat is verry hard on the earth, other bad habits are even harder on environment).
