Guest guest
I'm so glad you'll be joining in on this Shaktipat. Your first one! That's exciting! This will be my second. I'm going to be more prepared this time. Last time I was doing the all of the Tibetans and the chakra meditations at night, and it was tough. I was getting sleepy, but I felt so tranced when I did them, that I wanted to keep going. I could tell that my spirit was ready for more, while my physical body still wanted to 'take it easy' and needed a little push. This time, I'm starting bright and early each morning. I want all the love of God filling me, so that all day long, I can be a light for others- and learn valuable lessons about selflessness, while I'm at it. Congrats, Deb! Love and peace to you, Tara flowerpowers7777 <flowerpowers7777 wrote: Hi and all, I just wanted to let you know I got a photo uploaded for the shaktipat. Thank you. I probably put it in the wrong place though. Woops! I'm still waking up in the middle of the night to some buzzing in my ears and mouth. Its really nice actually. I know I already made my declaration...just wanted to let you know that I am practicing the safties, goddess prayer and Tibetans daily. Thanks everyone for the stories! This will be my first shaktipat, so I'm really looking forward to it! I notice lots of ear work is going on all around. One night when I awoke to the ear work I opened my eyes and saw brillant little lights all over the place and then I think something flew in my right eye. It didnt hurt, just caught me off guard...I was wondering if something really flew in my eye like one of those little lights? Everything is going really gentle. Hope all your family members are feeling better also, I send my love and prayers. Deb Looking for a deal? Find great prices on flights and hotels with FareChase. Guest guest
Hi Tara and and all, Yes I'm really excited about my first shaktipat. I know we are all different, but how did your first time go? Did you experience new sensations? I tend to do my Tibetans at night. I'm such a night owl! I was better on Sunday doing them earlier, but here I am again ready to do them this late. Its interesting that you said you enjoy doing them earlier in the day now. Maybe I'll take some of that advice! I noticed on Sunday when I did do them earlier....afterward I jumped on my kids trampoline in the back yard for awhile (I'm sure the neighbors thought I was nuts) then I just layed down for awhile and looked up at the sky and clouds. It was a beautiful day and I saw all those sparkly little lights everywhere. But what was unusual for me was I noticed this kinda pulsing? sorta swirling movement when I looked up at the clouds whereever I fixed my eyes. Its so fun to experience something new! Now that you are doing your practices earlier, are you experiencing different things throughout your day that you didnt before? Well thanks Tara 'cuz after reading your post, I'm even more excited! Anyway hope you and everyone experience wonderful things! Its kinda like being a kid and you know your b-day or Christmas is coming! Joyful anticipation! Thanks Chrism...see how happy we are, I feel like you are sending us all wonderful gifts and that I didnt get you anything. Got anything on your list? I havent been able to manifest world peace yet, but could probably manage some root veggies? (: Deb
