This is the week to die to our fears we have techniques to do it.

This is the time for facing Death are you ready? It is Passover, Holy week and

Good Friday it is time. Last week in one 24 hour period I had a friend who's son

decided that alcohol was his new God and was going to solve all his problems

this way, another friend who's 10 year old daughter has a tumor on her brain

stem, inoperable, another friend just found out about her breast cancer and yet

another friend's sister who also has a brain tumor. They all got the forced

call to sit with death.

I pray that we do not need that kind of wake up to sit with what is killing us.

Our thoughts, our habits, our fears, that are killing us. Rendering us to afraid

to act, to scared to feel the deep love each of us carries in each cell.

Bursting to be shared, for in sharing the vastness of our love it expands. Yet

can't have the resurrection, the return to joyous vastness without the death.

Sitting with death, our death, is no small thing. To sit with what is slowing

killing us by sucking our life, our true life out of us. The insidious fear

factor. It's not about eating bugs or being with snakes but about being with

what bugs us and what is snaking it's way into the cracks of our consciousness.

Sit, let it speak to you before you quickly try to transform it into something

" good " . It is good. It is trying to tell you something.you need to know and

understand. Under it lies the real truth, the real essence of you. All has to

die to be reused. Look at what we put in our gardens to make them grow. Manure,

old leaves and grass, paper, used things that are serving another life cycle.

Sprouts take waste and turn them into food. Certainly we can do the same.
