Guest guest
Sat Nam, I wanted to ask if anyone has experience teaching/working with students experiencing PTSD or some traumatic symptoms arising from trauma or past abuse. What different meditations and kriyas and support you may have provided? Thank you for your help. Blessings, Meher Bani
Guest guest
Beginners' sets are good. Kundalini Yoga can bring up PTS that a student is unaware of, as well. Taking things slowly, starting with just 26 repetitions, relaxing on the back between exercises, and working gradually help. I have found KY to be exceptionally helpful in clearing the energy of PTS. Aura cleansing baths with epsom salts and baking soda, and keeping the home and car clean, orderly and well cared for also help. Sets for the magnetic field are also beneficial. The Preparation For Meditation Set in Transitions For a Heart Centered World is another good one that comes to mind. Satpal Kaur
