Guest guest Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 My current favorite kicharee method is: I cup mung dhal combined with 1 cup white basmati rice, rince well. bring 4 cups water to a boil with, 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil. 2 tsp each herb: coriander, fennel, mustard seed, cinnamon, cardamom, (asafetida)hing, cumin, turmeric, combine with i bunch of kayle 1carrot 1 small sweet potato 1 red bell pepper and 1 bunch asparagus. simmer on low for 20 minutes. after it cools add brags or miso to taste.
