Guest guest Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 Sat Nam: One of my hatha yoga students asked me if I knew of any kriyas or meditations for procrastination/motivation. From a Western medicine standpoint, these states of mind are regulated by norepenephrine. So perhaps I could steer her toward one of the brain-balancing kriyas?
