Guest guest
I have had some problems with my teeth getting very sensitive, mostly the front teeth. They have gotten better through the summer, though. Maybe all that watermelon I have devoured. Hehe! I do have some fillings in some of my back teeth, but haven't had any problems with them. I use to have a major problem of my tongue swelling and getting very sore and stay that way for weeks at a time. That has pretty much cleared up, as well. Every once in a while the side of my tongue gets a little sore for a little while, but nothing major, like before. I don't know if that was caused form allergies or what. Guest guest
Sorry to hear chrism... One always has the illusion that as on spiritually advances, you don't have to go through all these things. Many blessings... Paul > OOHHH what a price I have paid!!!! Guest guest
c am sorry for you that you have to experience the pain for us to learn - one day i hope to return the favor- a strong suggestion now that we know teeth need to be carfully watched - i have sjogren's which causes drying up of the salivary glands not a good thing for teeth - the saliva cleans th eteeth and if not present the teeth are more susceptible to germs/decay- a good toothpaste for this is biotene - it helps stimulate the silivary glands and using an electric toothbrush is a wonderful way to keep the gums and teeth clean- and now that we know the possible future for our mouths - investing in an electrical toothbrush is a must - not the cheapy ones get a good oral hygiene one - mine has lasted years - i now need another - i get concerned whe i travel but i am gonna buy the cheapy one to take on my trip however i find that chewing a gum (trident regular - has a good ingredient for cleaning teeth ) helps tremendousely - not only does gum clean th eteeth but the gums are stimulated and saliva is increased - so if you cn chew gum - just a few suggestions that i have learned -oh and do go to a dentist every 6 months for a cleaning happy teeth care , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Kundalini can be rough on dental work. Guest guest
Someone on this website introduced me to Dr. Ellie's work. She was a dentist for many years. Her website is www.zellies.com. I have been doing her system (which to me is like yoga for your teeth.) The results have been excellent. I have found that grounding really helps with the teeth, as well. Guest guest
Sat nam, To the person who posted a question about teeth a week or two ago, I always think of teeth as an expression of the fifth chakra, and as having to do with self-expression.
