Guest guest
I felt it right to admit my mistake, and it is good clarification. Fateh wrote me a helpful e-mail, and I have included this guidance and also added a question of my own, Love and blessings A struggling but happy soul Dear Fateh, Yes you are right, there is a subtle difference. Ironically if I had done this med. yesterday I would not have responded so impulsively! You are right that it does make it easier. While we are at it, what is the best speed. For example with Gan Patee about a second per syllable is stated, with this meditation it is not mentioned, but slower seems a little deeper? There is nothing to disagree on, I have been practicing it slightly wrong, yet it still worked. Side to side is not discussed in the description. Respectfully, you should think about it. Better yet, try it. Locked molars, just creating pressure with the muscles without actually creating friction on the tooth is totally doable. Much easier to " vibrate " and there's no separation of the teeth. Anyways... let's agree to disagree and be done with it. Thanks very much. -F
