Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone:I just saw some 'replies' from Hannah and Deva on the forum regarding KY and addictions. I think I missed the original post, though? Last week I posted a question about the chemistry of addictions--what it is that would cause a person,------and a body/mind/spirit------to become addicted to negative emotions, and I have not yet rec'd any responses. But maybe there were responses (from Deva? Hannah?) that I missed. If someone could forward any pertinent info, I would be much obliged.Incidentally, I too found that Shanahoff./Khalsa meditation very hard to follow. The writing is convoluted. For example, he doesn't explain the pacing of the Sa Ta Na Ma mantra that is part of the "meditation for addictions" Is it the typical pace of one sound per second? ANd is there a particular way to complete the meditation? NOrmally we hold the breath etc. SHanahoff-Khalsa does not indicate.with gratitudeAdi
