Guest guest
Sat Nam, One of my teachers is an expert in fertility. You may try to consult her about it, but before I would give her as a referral, it would have to be something that they could see her personally about in NYC, and if not, then I can't really step up without asking her and do a recommendation. Otherwise, as far as I have read, Camel Pose is supposed to be good for releasing blockages relating to fertility... However, honestly you should be asking an expert. -Fateh Kundalini-Yoga , " sasesohong " <holbox wrote: > > Sat Nam: I have a student who is dealing with infertility and has asked me for sets/ meditations/ books/ dvd's or whatever might be available in this Kundalini Yoga teachings. Guest guest
Trying to get pregnant can create much anxiety. Yoga sets for relaxation such as Kriya for Metabolism and Relaxation might help her in the Keeping Up with Kundalini Yoga book. Any yoga sets that can help her relax deeply. She needs to eat well too and get her rest. It's time to go back to basics for herself. Getting massaged will help and spending time at the Spa pampering herself, deep meditation is also recommended. Here are some articles that have been written about fertility you can refer her to as well: http://www.yogajournal.com/lifestyle/586 http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/958 http://iammorethanmyinfertility.wordpress.com/2008/05/10/yoga-for-infertility/ http://www.insightfultransitions.com/FertilityConcerns.htmlHope this helps. Guest guest
Male or Female? That may *seem* like a dense question, but it really has it's place. I know of a couple for whom it was issues related to "mucus" in the male that prevented their being incapable of pregnancy. He went on a regiment that included a whole bunch of lemon, cayenne and garlic and now they have several children.
