Guest guest
Dear Sangat, today after class one of my students asked me for a meditation and I would be most grateful for some inputs or ideas from you... She explained to me that she has problems with the left side of her body, that when she is feeling sensations and energy in her body, she only can feel it on her right side, but not on her left side.Inside, the left side feels numb to her. Also she says, that when she has back pain, its only on her left side... She asked me for a meditation after the long relaxation... My first thought was for her to do some Pranayama ( left and right balance ? ) thank you for any advise Satmukh Kaur

Guest guest
i recall feeling an imbalance between the right and left side in which my left side body temperature is slightly higher than the right side. Sometimes it does feel like the left side may be a little irritated. I have thought over the years that this is an imbalace of the sympathetic and parasympathetic system, but i have never been able to solve my problems. Does anyone have any ideas Kundalini-Yoga , gurujas <gurujas wrote: > > Sat Nam Satmukh Kaur, > > This is a problem I hear about frequently in women. Guest guest
Greetings and Happy Mother's Day, Happy Adi Shakti Day, I have also felt and worked with imbalance in right and left sides of my body. One method I have used is to really bring my awareness to the flow of energy in my body sitting quietly breathing fully and deeply. Once I have a good sense of the energy I consciously move it, with my breath, from left to right, inhaling energy to the left side and exhaling to the right or vice versa. I've also allowed myself to become more aware of how energy moves during Sat Kriya being mindful to allow my left side to open and of what I sense there. To some extent a difference in feeling between the sides of the body is not unnatural, I have yet to meet a symmetrical human being. Guest guest
Sat Nam This may be due to your pelvis being out of alignment in which case the left and right sides of your body will not be served energetically in the same way. And there will be many more effects in addition to this. If you wish to contact me for further details, I shall be pleased to hear from you. With blessings Guru Ram Kaur Sohan Jalaiai Centre UK P.S.
