Sat Nam beautiful people...

 

I am looking for a meditation using this mantra to teach this weekend as part of

a special mothers day practice.

I recently purchased gurrdass' version of this mantra, and really want to share

it with my students...

the only meditation i can find in any of my books is in the teacher manual, and

the mantra is only one part of the meditation... not really what i am looking

for...

any suggestions???
