Guest guest
Sat nam everyone. I have a student who had surgery to remove the lymph nodes in her right leg. A drain of about 6 inches was placed into the leg after surgery for 4 weeks. She is now trying to stretch and relax those muscles. There is a portion of the muscle which is " tough " feeling and difficult to work with. Sitting in easy pose is almost unbearable for her. Are there any particular movements that she might be able to do at home to help develop this muscle? She would like to continue with the yoga and add some movements at home. Thank you for any suggestions you may have, Santokh Kaur/Christine Duggleby

Guest guest
Sat Nam Santokh Kaur, Check out "Kriya To Clean Lymphatics and Adjust Lower Back". It's in "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World" compiled and authored by Guru Rattan Kaur, page 65. It begins with right leg in the air with arms doing a strong pumping motion. There are four parts to the series, the last of them being whistling while in Corpse Pose. Blessings, Dharam www.gongsongs.com kundaliniwpg wrote: Sat nam everyone. Guest guest
-Sat Nam Also add Castor Oil compresses on flannel or similair cloth and Wrap with saran wrap then apply heat. This helps with adhesions that form after surgery.
