Guest guest
Sat Nam, everyone! My friend is looking for one or two week retreat to practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation preferably somewhere on the Eastern coast. She had couple of very rough years and needs pleasant atmosphere to re-energize. She is a beginner student of Kundalini Yoga so she needs a place with calm and noutishing approach. She is in US for next two months so we are looking for a place she can go within this time. Please help with your recomendations. Guest guest
I can recommend Sat Nam Yoga Spa in the Catskills. I met Marilyn at New York City's White Tantric just last month, and she is a very speccial, warm and knowlegable yogi who has a uniquely beautiful space in the Catskills Mountains, NY. I haven't (yet) been, but it looks like a very peaceful and quiet space for yoga and to commune with nature in the mountains. See website: http://www.satnamyogaspa.com/ Truly Yours with warm wishes, Fateh Singh
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts is a great place to do a yoga retreat. There are 18+ beautiful acres, with a yoga center and Gurdwara - as well as residential and guest spaces - and plenty of room to walk. Daily yoga classes are free for guests. Interested visitors can call Dharma Kaur, the ashram secretary, at 508-376-4387 or (508) 735-4580. Harbhajan Kaur
