Sat Nam Ji's

I am getting excited about the summer solstice gathering coming up! I am still

integrating the experience I had there last year. White Tantric yoga blew my

mind. It was an experience within my self, expanded exponentially by the energy

of the group and of course the presence of YogiJi. I over came some mental

obstacles that I will never forget. There was an exercise that we did for 62

min. About 15 min in to it my mantra became: " there is no way Im going to be

able to keep this up for 62 min JAP " . I did like I was told and " stuck " the

posture thinking that it was my only hope. When the facilitator finally

announced that there were only 3 min left tears rolled down my face. I could not

believe that I actually stuck the posture! The part that changed my life was the

fact that when I found out there was only 3 min left, all of a sudden it got

easy. The pain and discomfort went away completely. Thats when it dawned on me,

if it just got easy because of the idea that it was almost over meant that it

was hard in the first place partially because of the idea that I had in my head

that it was hard to begin with. In other words something shifted when I realized

that the whole trip I was having was all in my own mind in the first place. I

realized there was more going on than was apparent on the surface and that I was

capable of much more than I thought possible, God willing. What a day! Wahe

guru!

The reason I wanted to reach out and send you all some love is because this site

we started after last years solstice gathering (aquarianpingrims.ning.com) has

become a great resource for connecting with like minded people. It all started

with a friend of mine (Amarpreet Singh) and I wanting to create a space where we

could share pictures etc on line of our solstice experience with all the people

we had met there last year. My hope is that more of you will come and join us

and get to know us because this community of enlightened beings has become one

of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I would like to get to know more

of you and I hope to get a chance to meet many of you live and in person next

month in New Mexico. Blessings to you on all of your travels. It is truly a
