Guest guest
Satnam, I'm looking for some health tips like easy exercises, foods and other healing remedies for knee pain which my father lately developed. He is 73 years old, thin built and has been active all these years. He has always preferred walking. My mom also has the knee pain but do the same remedies would work for her as she has high BP and Cholesterol which she tries to control through hatha yoga? I would appreciate if I could some advice on this.
Guest guest
When was the last time your father or mother got new shoes? I'm an LMT. If they walk a lot they should get new walking shoes every three months.
