Sat Nam.  We are less than 30 days away from the deadline to register for the Level One Kundalini Yoga Immersion Training Course at Hacienda de Guru Ram Das in Espanola, New Mexico.    Taking the Level One training in a  4 week immersion course is a quick but thorough way to get the instruction you need to be certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.  It also gives the opportunity to live in a community of like minded people practicing these teachings where you will experience the joy of a large group sadhana, enjoy vegetarian meals, hear and sing wonderful music, and amplify your awareness through the power of Sangat.  If you have been thinking of taking this course, but still have questions, please email me at gurudatta, and I would be happy to explore the possibilities with you, or go to www.kundaliniresearchinstitute.org. for more information or to register.  Thanks
