I am sending this set to someone who has it on their numerology. It is on page

56 of KY For Youth & Joy.

However, does anyone know which version of Wahe Guru Jeeo meditation they refer

to on exercise no. 4?

I looked in the back of the book as reference and it says Bhai Avtar Singh, but

cannot trace this music on Spirit Voyage or anywhere else on internet.

 

Also, on the same exercise 4, it says 'When you hear the Toohee, take one

powerful breath of fire.....' But as far as I know Wahe Guru chant only has the

words:

Wahe Guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jeeo...

Not clear on this part, so can someone please tell me.

This " Wahe Guru " is an entire shabd (which has the Wahe Guru Wahe Guru

Wahe Guru Wahe Jio mantra in its chorus).

In the shabd the " word " tuhee - You, Thou - comes in the refrain as

well.

 

That B. Avtar Singh version of the shabd is something I bought on a

casette many years ago. However, I would guess that

Ancient Healing Ways would have a CD version of it.
