Guest guest
' The Spiritual path ' Workshop with Hari Har Ji " Keep up and you will be kept up " - Yogi Bhajan Spiritual life is full time work, twenty four hours a day.......that is why most people don't want it. Yogi Bhajan never gave any initiation, he told us to initiate ourselves, we have to do the work. But if our inspiration is a quest for mystical experiences or the promise of eternal bliss we are usually disappointed. Most people want instructions, directions and a path to follow so that there is someone else to blame if the expected result is not achieved. The problem is always ego. Ego desires a result but can only achieve it through its own destruction - and this is the pivot of Kundalini Yoga. This is the attraction, the rejection and if you " keep up " - the result! If you have never had doubt, resistance, negativity and disappointment on your spiritual path then you don't need to come to this workshop - but if like most people these things arise at least once a day then perhaps it would be a good idea to pass a few hours finding ways to make sense of it all. Manchester Yoga Shala Sunday 28th June 11am-5pm £30 Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share. email Missylain or phone Elaine 07795610546
Guest guest
Hi, I am simply amazed, at how many times, I see classes advertised that presumably want to attract students to the class but leave the City, State or Country off. I would have thought that where a class is being held is as important as the time and the date.
