Swan Kriya - for the grace and flexibility Sat Kriya - for the chakras and flow of energy Bundle Roll - for the skin and appearance I've searched around for an equivalent for men... From what I can tell, reading up on the Men for Men book, and from other experiences, my guess for Men, three standards are: Sarbahng Dande Kriya - for the spine and circulation (of a warrior) Sat Kriya - for the chakras and flow of energy Stretch Pose - for strength and commitment I'd be interested in what people add to this.
