Sat Nam everybody,

It has been brought to our attention that an Ancient Healing Ways customer has

expressed their complaint via this email list, and we just wanted to have our

voice added to that mix.

First off, if the person who initiated this complaint would be so kind as to

contact us at 800-359-2940, we would be happy to refund the shipping cost in its

entirety, right away.

I know if the shipping was $18 for one CD, that can only mean one thing: it was

a shipment to Canada. Unfortunately $18 is the minimum flat rate cost + handling

to ship to Canada via USPS Priority mail. The next increment up is $21. I'm sure

Hargobind of Spirit Voyage did not know it was a shipment to Canada when he

mentioned that his shipping rates are lower than ours; either that or he has

found a cheaper way to ship to Canada and needs to share with us. =)

Our other option in shipping to Canada is to ship via UPS, but then Canadians

have to pay an absurd amount of money on top of the original shipping fee in

order to obtain their item(s) from the driver.

As to the quality of the CD, we try to keep certain recordings that have been

popular in our global community available, sometimes the master recordings

aren't so hot, but since they are in demand or needed, we keep them available.

In some cases, the masters are so poor that we have to do away with them

(believe it or not, some people have complained about doing away with barely

listenable recordings, so it's impossible to please everyone).

As far as Punjabi Drum goes, this is a very popular item, and for good reason:

it's got a great vibe, great energy, GREAT rhythm, and has the flexibility to

serve in a multitude of scenarios.
