anger question

Hello all,As mentioned, prosperity is an issue I am currently working on. I am wondering as well since I've read a few other KY books, that anger seems to be a problem in the 3rd chakra and I feel anger is an issue for me as well. I feel like I have so many issues and then think all my chakras are out of whack (like 3rd eye, heart, throat) but I think maybe that's not true since I am good at certain things. Anyways, I think I probably do have to do more physical sets but I don't want to distract myself with trying too many things. I have said that I am doing the Nabhi and yesterday I did the Mastering your Domain one which I like better since it uses breath of fire. Those 2 are similar to each other so I figure I can just stick to one of them as I don't think doing both every day would be necessary, although it wouldn't hurt.

Anyone have any 3rd chakra/anger physical sets they enjoy doing?Also is the exercises for activating the 10 bodies something I should do to help with the anger issues?I used to do qigong as well for a few years before I got into KY and for over a year I have done lots of releasing and having anger come up and crying. I know that eventually things will get better but it seems like a never ending tunnel. Perhaps strengthening the 3rd will help me deal with this and give the strength?

Any thoughts would be interesting to hear.Thanks,Paula

I llike the set in Owner's Manual for the Human Body " To Relieve

Inner Anger " as well as To Make the Skin Radiant in the same manual

withich work son releasing stress and anger and thus improving the

skin and adjusting the metabolism

Sat Nam Paula,

Whenever there is an anger issue it is a good idea to do sets for the

liver.Navel sets are good, but target liver sets. Ayurvedically the anger is an

imbalance of the agni or fire pitta dosha. Sitali Pranayam is good to release

the heat, anger in the body. You and Your Body, p. 26 Self Experience manuel, is

a good set for releasing anger. Beets and carrots are good to eat with

ginger,garlic and onions. If your anger persists make a list of all your

symptoms of when it happens ie, diet, thoughts, activity level,etc.
