Guest guest
Lee, I don't have much time right now. May have more after Solstice. I have not taught yoga to children with autism, but have instructed them. What ages? How much verbal communication do they have? Do they have self destructive behavior? Here is how I would approach it with younger students: Often the kids are great at imitation, so I would basically follow what Gurudass, Shakta, or Snatum recommend and do animal movements to start with. For older students you may be able to start with warm-ups. Often the kids have very good receptive language. Let me know some more details, and I will offer more info.
