Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have just returned from attending Summer Solstice in New Mexico. I had to leave early because my 6 month old daughter got sick due to the altitude and dust. Nonetheless, I met lots of people from around the country / world and had an amazing time, Guri Ram Das Puri is TRULY a magical and sacred place. I was wondering if anyone has the recipe for the Solstice Tabouleh??? if so, please advise. I had planned to check with the folks in the kitchen prior to leaving but didn't have time b4 the shuttle arrived to take me back to the airport. Guest guest
Sat Nam I would contact Jot Singh, who usually runs the kitchen at Solstice. He is a member of this group. Probably not back yet. Guest guest
Sat nam, I worked in the kitchen this year and took photos of some of the recipes posted on the wall. Here is the one for tabbouleh: http://www.flickr.com/photos/tomatochild/3674415482/ I'm sure with a little experimentation, you can figure out how to make less than a bucket at a time. :-) -Nimrita Kundalini-Yoga , " Guru K " <greatyoga wrote: > > Sat Nam > > I would contact Jot Singh, who usually runs the kitchen at Solstice. Guest guest
Dear Nimrita, thanks for sharing your Solstice photos (and bucket-load recipes!)!Uttamjeet
Guest guest
That recipe taped to the wall doesn’t list an important ingredient – bulgur wheat – go to www.101cooksbooks.com for some great tabouleh recipes plus many others – Heidi is vegetarian – this site has been listed on many top blogs and is a go to for inspired cooking. Great photos too, sign up for her daily email with good food information. Cardie
