Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji's On the last day of Summer Solstice 09, Sunder Singh Khalsa from Taiwan taught a very elevating Kriya in his workshop called Diamond Kriya. I'm sharing it openly as I gathered my notes from him, but I'm also looking for anyone to provide the full times, with further detail. Ideally if a teacher or someone from KRI knows location of the written kriya, that would be great so we can all be sure of the details. Couple points from his class: Balance yourself between each exercise. Find your centered balance on your sitting bones by swaying left and right like a snake. Then back a forth until you find a spot totally centered and your breathing eases and your pelvic floor and shoulders relax. When you inhale after an exercise, hold the breath (with a little space remaining) and meditate on the prana. Keeping an open heart and chest, feel the energy moving in the body, up the spine and to the third eye point. Exhale smoothly. If you feel something, don't push it away... accept the feeling, allow it, but also focus equally all of your other feelings and sensations. Allow and contemplate all the feelings together. Approach the exercises (and your life) with " Innocent Courage " . Maintain that feeling. Diamond Kriya A Kriya to experience safety, and a life without doubt. Safety of knowing God's pure light in your soul constantly. Use the safety to define your purpose in life. Kriya will give you a diamond mind. Begin: Find your balance in easy pose. Focus mentally on the crown chakra and project. Class time 7m - Full time 31m. (yes, 31). Note from class: " When you chant, listen openly to the mantra, and let the chant and yourself chanting merge so that you are no longer chanting the mantra, but the mantra is chanting you. " Inhale, exhale (3x), relax and meditate. Sit still. Lie on back and relax for 5-11m with Gong. Additional note: If you are doing this as a private practice, visualize 1000 people around you doing the same Kriya with you throughout the entire exercise. I hope that people will add to this as appropriate and make corrections if needed. Again, ideally, finding this Kriya written somewhere would be great. But most of all... ENJOY!!! And of course, many thanks to Sunder Singh Khalsa for a great class and sharing his " teach-niques " with us.
