Guest guest
Yes but it can be much more than that depending on what you bring to the table. Traits and what not. Yes without surges but they come eventually. If you have a spine. lol This will be determined by the quality and direction of the awakening itself. -

Guest guest
Hi Mike, I will leave question 1 to Chrism, but I can comment on question 2. Yes, as the K can make your emotions fluctuate widely. The K will amplify the emotions, positive or negative. I deal with these fluctuations by keeping in mind that they occur. I find that knowing the reason behind an emotion is helpful in allowing myself to ride the wave until it's over. If I find myself particularly angry, then I limit my interactions with others so I don't take it out on them and I try very hard not to take it out on myself. It can be difficult at times, but I find the longer I am within this process the faster I realize when it is happening. Guest guest
Yes Hello, So your third eye or sixth chakra is beginning to express doesnt mean it is opening but that the process is beginning. Looking up and in will greatly aid this. But let us look to your first chakra before having an Ajna (third eye) activation. Balance your first chakra at the base of the spine first. Place your focus there. Do not go beyond that until you feel the pressures forming at the base of the spine. Feels like lower back pain sometimes and is somewhat constant. Movement and a feeling of heat can also occur. You may begin to dream of serpents or spiders or tigers or lions. You may begin to hear chirping sounds with nothing visible to track the sound to. You may get frightened easily and yes you may become irritable. You may have entity interactions that will scare you to pieces. Practice of the safeties will greatly balance you within this process. When the first is done then proceed to the second and so forth. A bottom to top awakening is what I recommend though top to bottom isnt wrong but sometimes it is much harder to process. Get straight with your fear, security, areas of grounding and self worth. Be good with what you are doing and who you are and be patient and diligent in your practice of the safeties. Leave these third eye practices for when you get to the third eye. This is a delicate process for the ego consciousness to have. Body can do it and spirit can do it. Emotions, mental, and ego bodies have more of a challenge. Having is very, very different than wanting. So be prepared and be honest with yourself about your preparation. - blessings to you! - chrism , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: >Hi everyone I have a couple of questions. > >
Guest guest
When it comes to cleanses you should follow your inner voice , many of us fast and eat special diets during shaktipat. I think giving blood is great as service to others, as long as you can still do the safeties. Thats what I would answer but can tell you for sure. x x x love elektra x x x happy scatterfield to you x x x
Guest guest
Greetings all,Has anyone ever tried the 25th pauri of japji sahib for prosperity and if so, what was your experience? Also I have noticed a few years ago I have a lot of tension in my head area so over the years I've been releasing it. I notice that the back of my head is quite tight and that it feels like my right side of my side is more blocked. Does anyone know of an explanation for this and are there any exercises or meditations that can help? Thanks,Paula
