Guest guest
Dear All Can you kindly advise me on how this fast is done. Are you supposed to have three meals of mung beans, rice and vegetables a day. No fruit? Any suggestions for breakfast? Thanking you, Nam Joti
Guest guest
Sat Nam Nam Joti, A mung bean and rice mono diet means only mung beans and rice, nothing else-so no exceptions for breakfast or for fruit. This is one of the most healing things for the digestive system and one of the most detoxifying diets possible.
