In a file took online I've found this note: * Hum - creative essence of the person Dum - pranic essence of the person Har - creative essence of God This mantra opens the heart chakra, the centre of compassion. * I hope this can help you :-) Blessings Sujan S. ---- Original Message ---- " liz_romanomx44 " <no_reply > <Kundalini-Yoga > Thursday, July 16, 2009 8:18 PM meaning of the mantra Hum, Dum Har, Har,Har, Har, Hum Dum. > Sat Nam, > > Does some one knows the meaning of the mantra Hum, Dum, Har, Har, > Har, Har, Hum Dum? > > This mantras comes in the Kriya for the Liver, Colon and Stomach from > the manual Kundalini Yoga for Youth and Joy. > > Thank you for your help. > peace > Akal Sahai Kaur Sat Nam!
