Guest guest
Sat Nam, I just did a workshop for workplace health and used Surya Kriya, with a lot of emphasis on mentally vibrating (all three parts; vibrating, projecting and listening) Sat Nam, and we wrapped up with Kirtan Kriya. It has Sat Kriya twice, back-to-back in 3 minute portions, so it's quite good for that (with rest at least equal time to the Kriya, although my teacher insists twice the period, I found once sufficed when there are 2 sets back-to-back). It turned out to be quite a good class, with some people requesting a return workshop in the Fall. In my humble opinion, if you can find a 'simple' Kriya where there's room to keep reminding your students to inhale " Sat " and exhale " Nam " , that opens up your options to a lot more (if not pretty much all) Kriyas. Humbly Yours, Fateh Singh
Guest guest
Yes, thank you. I was also thinking of Surya Kriya. Thanks to all for your replies!
