Dark fruits are good. Best and fastest results are with LIQUID FLORADIX. Flora is flower or plant, dix is 10. It tastes good and is easily assimilated. It is reccommended that women who are in menses age take a bottle 2Xs/year. I don't know if you can get Floradix in the red and white box in your area of the world, but it is available in North America. It has been a life saver. As well, have the B-complex check in the blood, as an imbalance of this can cause pernicious anemia. Has student been checked for bleeding ulcers? Blood in stools? There are many things that a qualified caring medical doctor would look at. Is student going to a blood specialist?
