Guest guest
Sat nam. I'm in the midst of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. It has a wonderful journey, feeling movements during white tantric and having the soul enter during that weekend. Lately, my right hip area has been aching. I suspect it is due to the sciatic nerve and the fact that baby is sitting more on the right side than the left. I am still doing yoga daily and teaching frequently. It is my desire to keep that up throughout the rest of the pregnancy. Are there any exercises that I can safely do to target this right hip area? What I would like to do ... I am not able to bend in that manner any longer Thank you for your suggestions. Have a wonderful day, Santokh Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam There is one set for hips, legs and thighs. One exercise is laying on back with legs wide, raised 2 feet above ground and kicking buttocks with alternate feet. I think it is in and old Bead of Truth.
