Sat Nam Rasayan to me is the ultimate 'destination' of Kundalini Yoga.

 

It fits into my picture something like this:

 

You do Exercise to prepare you for Yoga

You do Yoga to prepare you for Meditation

You do Meditation to prepare you for Sam Nam Rasayan

Sat Nam Rasayan prepares you for Ice Cream.
