Guest guest Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 Sat Nam friends! Is there a kriya or meditation to help work with changes in barometric pressure? I am not sure how to phrase this. But it has been raining for 2 months straight where I live (in the mountains), with frequent thunderstorms. I (and many of my students) are experiencing extreme sluggishness, poor concentration and focus, lack of equilibrium, and depression. I am now serious about moving to the desert, to have sunshine and dryness. In such climate, my body mind and spirit seem to function at their best.
