OPEN LETTER AND INVITATION TO THE WORLDWIDE KUNDALINI YOGA COMMUNITY Sat NamI would like to share with all of you some of the exciting growth of Kundalini Yoga in Asia.  KY has been taught in parts of Asia for many years, however in the last few years it has really grown.    There is now KRI Level 1 Teacher Training in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan and Sri-Lanka, with KRI Level 2 being offered in Thailand and Australia.    There are some areas in Asia where we would like to serve, such as  Myanmar (Burma), Korea, and the Phillipines. If any of you have suggestions and/or connections in any of these outreach areas please contact me. We would like to incorporate these into our program.    Email: sunderkhalsaWe are also opening a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Wellness Centre in China, The RaMaDaSa Centre.  There will be a Level One Immersion Course in China in November 2010. In October Thailand will be hosting the second  Kundalini Yoga Festival Asia.   It will be held from October 28 – November 1 in a beautiful retreat center outside of Bangkok.  Guest teachers will include Nirvair Singh and Nirvair Kaur, Dr Kartar Singh, Ek Ong Kaar Kaur, and Kartar Singh (Virginia).     In conjunction with the Yoga Festival, I will lead the KRI Level 2 Lifecycles & Lifestyles Module from October 21 - 26. The module is open not only to certified teachers but also to serious and longtime students of Kundalini Yoga.The intent of our events is to continue to create a sense of community or common unity among the KY practitioners in Asia.
