Guest guest Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 Sat Nam, I am requesting if anyone who has experienced the shaking possibly linked to PTSD or after experiencing trauma or shock can give some encouragement, bani/prayers, meditations or kriya that can help ease some of these symptoms. I had not realized how often the shaking presents itself but its been off and on since the beginning of this year. It has not been easy to share this but it would be great if can add these additional resources to support more healing. Guest guest Posted August 15, 2009 Report Share Posted August 15, 2009 Regarding the shaking and nervousness associated with PTSD - I am currently working with a PTSD patient - Long Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing techniques are excellent for this. Also Break Through Breath is very helpful. I would suggest just some light yoga warm ups and mostly breathing and meditations that are calming and soothing to the soul. Sa-Ta-Na-Ma is excellent.
