Sat NamThe amrs movement of Gyan Chakra Kriya present in 3Ho newsletter is not very clear for me.Is there any image or video of it around?Thanks for your answers,

This is an enjoyable meditation that I liked enough to order the music from

A-healing.com after seeing it in the 3HO newsletter, too.

 

If you're not sure about the arms, try starting them in front of your chest,

and then once you've got it, keep the movement going while you lift them

overhead (I did it wrong at first, doing them parallel to each other, and that

actually feels pretty good, but isn't correct, apparently). So, with both hands

in gyan mudra, start the right arm going in a counter-clockwise circle straight

out in front. When the right arm is out to the side, start the left arm going

clockwise, so that when one arm is at the side, the other is in the center. Then

bring them up while maintaing the motion. The instructions say the arms can

swing as low as the heart center, but if you're doing this for a whole 11

minutes, it feels better to vary the size of your circles.
