hello dear ones:I've been doing an 11 minute kirtan kriya for 90 days and just increased to 31 minutes. The odd thing is I fall asleep about half way through the meditation. Has anyone else had this experience? is it best to start the whole thing over when I wake up? thanks!satya

Sat Nam,

I have that experience almost every time I do it. lol

Sometimes I start over and sometimes I don't. It depends on if I can remember

which part I went to sleep in. I like doing it before, I go to sleep at night,

anyways, it puts the entire day into perspective and re-files it. I just love

Kirtan kriya. I have used it for everything, especially if I don't know what to

say to someone or am having trouble releaseing something from the past. I have

done it so much, most of the past memories have been re-filed and don't come up

again.

Right now, if I don't do Kirtan Kriya, before sleeping, I find that I spend all

night long writing HTML codes. It is so labor intensive, working all night long.

lol

Blessings,

If you start it over then you could say your doing 62 minutes a day :)

My understanding it that " falling asleep " is one of the " natural' responses to

meditation...as long as your doing your " honest effort " as I heard Yogi Bhajan

say yesterday in a video meditation...and your intention is to do the meditation

then there is no need to start over.
