Guest guest
sat nam dear sangat, some friends of mine are travelling to India in November-December and asked me about Ashrams where they could do Kundalini Yoga, they are not looking for a course or workshop but would like sadhana or classes as part of their experience. They will be attending a retreat in rishikesh and have some extra time to spend there or a little further north. Any personal reccomendations? blessings Guru Sahai Kaur

But they could take classes in many other styles - there are LOTS of places to do yoga there. They can probably figure it out when they get there even. Guest guest
Sat Nam, There is one person teaching Kundalini Yoga in India Devmukh Kaur. And, there is the possibility that Amandeep Singh M.Sc (Aust), MA (UK), B.Sc Hons (UK) will be in India teaching at that time. You will find more info on these 2 people on this page: http://www.kundaliniyogainfocntr.com/page/Kundalini+Yoga+Teachers+of+the+World+-\ +Argentina+-+Russia Certaintly, you can check into it. I can't remember the dates, but I believe that Amandeep Singh is going to be teaching in India.
