A one day workshop with Hari Har Ji

 

Sunday October 4th

 

 

Each morning before we open our eyes we have to make a decision. You think it

is automatic, the alarm goes and you open your eyes and wake up – but before

that you make the decision – do I wake up or do I stay in bed and sleep – you

are not really conscious of that decision but you make it.

 

So each day even before we are conscious we are making decisions, that is how

our day begins and how it ends – we decide when to sleep, when to turn out the

light.

 

 

All through the day we make decisions……shall I do this or do that? What if I

do that and it's wrong? What will others think if I do that? I really want to

do this but I doubt myself…..on and on the chaos continues in our minds and

often we don't make a clear decision but act on impulse because we are fed up

with thinking and we have not found a satisfactory answer to our question.

 

To be truly prosperous you have to use your mind in harmony with your soul.

Real abundance means taking back control and learning to train your thoughts,

actions and reactions to come from the unseen and unlimited within you. At this

weekend workshop we will explore the ways in which our thoughts play games with

us and learn through the techniques of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught

by Yogi Bhajan how to take back the ultimate control of our own destiny and

prosperity.
