Guest guest
Dear Group, I made a mistake, actually Gan Puttee is similar to Kirtan Kriya. I got mistaken as the ' habituation' also works on the pineal area, I didn't know Kirtan Kriya did also. I am going to try and do one of these, I am upset as suffering from Compulsive skin picking I have made another large wound on my face, and another round of not going out, and obsessing about the massive damage I have done to my face over the years. In this life I seem to have the full range of wierd Kundalini complaints, I work on one area, then another pops up, so its addiction, OCD, Depression, CSP, a bit like a 'bash the rat' at the funfair, where the 'rat' keeps popping out of a different hole and you have to bash it back down. Sometimes I wish there was just one med or kriya instead of so many for different things. Like one really big mallet! Regards, Suhknivas (HA! I wish!) Guest guest
Sat Nam & thanks for your posts Suhknivas. I'd be interested in what your Spiritual name means. Just a tip for skin-picking... Observe * record your diet. Hair pulling, nail biting, and skin picking all come from the same family of " ocd " disturbances. Many of them are chemically and involuntarily triggered by foods we eat and the subtle allergic reactions we have to the foods. When you have an episode, find out what you ate 30 minutes earlier, and eliminate that from your diet. For example, I found that I pick my cuticles after these foods (and some may be the same for you, or not): pistachios, walnuts, coffee, greasy Chinese foods (msg?), chocolate, some sugar cookies, raspberries, chocolate ice cream, and some other good stuff that I didn't really want to stop eating... But then when I don't eat them, I don't pick on myself... Literally * figuratively. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the online Sangat.
