Sat Nam dear Silvia,

I lost my wife 2 1/2 yers ago after 19 years of marriage. The feeling of lost

following such an experience was very intense for me. But being a member of the

3HO family and having access to the teachings, played an essential part of my

grieving process. It helped me to stay functionnal and focused on all my

responsabilities . Although the purpose of my wife's passing made no sense to

me, I did ended up finding peace about it. Now about your connection to your

husband's soul, my experience with my wife's soul was that I could feel her

presence for six months after her passing , but to my understanding, that period

of time was there only because she had unfinished business in relationship to

me. She was still attached to me and was not ready to cross over, she had a last

message for me, which i received through one session of soul therapy. After that

I did not feel her presence any more and I felt as if a weight had been removed

from my shoulders. Now, the feeling I established with her is through my

memories of this period of time that we shared together and also when I look at

our dauther I see my wife in her and the love survives. When our loved ones

leave this realm of existence we also need to detach and let them go. But

communication is always possible .

Keep believing that everything is a blessing!
