Integrating the Right and Left Frontal Lobes

Sat Nam,

In going through a newly discovered box of yoga files I found a simple technique

to integrate the right and left frontal lobes, which enables the brain to easily

process emotions.

Sit straight in a simple cross-legged position with the hands help up in front

of you palms face down and slightly apart with the fingers pointing towards each

other. Now imagine that your hands are stacked one on top of the other, or

merged together, flat against your forehead with the palms facing out. Do not

actually place your hands there.

That's all there is to it. You will notice a calming effect almost immediately.

It works fast (3-5 minutes). If you do this meditation for 11 minutes a day for

3 days your whole understanding about life and relationships will change for the

better. Anger dissolves and feelings get understood.

You may fall asleep the first time or two from the tremendous release of stress.

Many people who practice Sat Kriya find the opposite though. Their vibration

soars within minutes.

Apparently the high vibration that Sat Kriya creates is often limited by the

brain's inability to integrate emotions fast enough. Sat Kriya augments mental

development. This technique stimulates the emotional integration of that

increased mental development.

As someone who does Sat Kriya every day, I found this meditation sublimates

emotions in a very vast way. I offer it with my highest recommendation.

Loving Blessings,
