Guest guest
Dear Silvia and List, The book 'On grief and grieving' by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler, I found amazingly helpful when I was grieving. Sometimes we expect people to move to fast through the grieving prosess, which Ross says is more about others needs than ours. This book is also very helpful for all kinds of loss, particularly long term relationships and other major losses. It is natural and healthy to move through the stages, such as anger, depression etc. before we find acceptance (which is different to what we think). Grief does have a healing trajectory if we allow it, and as others have pointed out here on this group, there comes a natural time when we begin to move forward again. Sincerely, Sukhnivas
