Missing page (Success and Failure - Causes and Options)

Few months ago I bought the book " Success and Failure - Causes and Options "

and now, reading it, I've seen that there is not page 34....simply from page

33 it goes to page 35 (it looks like a layout error since page 33 and 35 are

the two sides of the same page).

 

I tried to contact the seller but I had no reply.

 

Can you help me sending the missing page?
